Aloha all...

We are happy and appreciate that customers like our micro fiber products but like anything that is man made, it's never perfect. We too get on occasions, products whether micro fiber or other that does not meet our quality standards. We do have to applaud Autogeek for taking corrective steps to make sure that the products that do not meet their quality standards or have been voiced by their customers as being inferior products are no longer offered. It is a unfortunate situation which neither PakShak or any other company we would want upon them. With that in mind, please let's be mindful and respect Autogeek or any company in the similar circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you & Aloha,
Ranney

The thread was somewhat negative towards Auto Geek. I did not post it because of that, but rather to show all the positive comments about Pakshak towels. Auto Geek has been good to me through the years and it just happened that they got hold of some bad towels. In all fairness, Pakshak is still number 1.

in my opinion they just couldn't handle constructive criticism. they got ****ed because people liked pakshak towels over autogeek and that's like being a poor sport.

if people don't like autogeek towels they shouldn't force it on people. just let people know that it was indeed a bad batch, let them know that it was fixed and leave it up to the consumer to order or not.

I didn't have a chance to read the article, but I would guess it was deleted because Autogeek is a sponsor.
